LeeAnne Gibney was born and raised in Milwaukie, Oregon.
She displayed a passion for art early on in life and took her first painting class at age seven.
LeeAnne further explored her creativity in high school while working as advertising manager for the school newspaper, acting in multiple theater productions and visually improving the community as the Art Club president.
After graduating, she attended Pacific Northwest College of Art, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Art degree.
Her art has been on exhibit in many Oregon galleries, you can find her work published by Pomegranate Kids, Mehta Kids and her own self-published books that she wrote and illustrated on Amazon.
She is an active member in her community, teaching art after school for a non-profit organization called Fine Art Starts - at the same elementary school that Lee Anne attended in Milwaukie as a child.
Lee Anne is a mother of three children, who continue to inspire her to hold onto that whimsical love for all life and what there is to learn.
